How we verify

Every launch listing keeps source references close to the card. Automated checks can support freshness, but only owner or editorial signoff earns a verified label.

Verification Rules

Source-checked means public references support the listing facts shown on the card.Verified is reserved for owner-confirmed or editorially signed-off listings.Closed-confirmed requires two independent strong signals before the public status changes.Optional fields without a supporting source are left off the public card; tags, price, and review score are not guessed.Yelp cached numeric data expires after 24 hours, and Google cached numeric or structured data expires after 30 days. Google-sourced data must retain required Google attribution. Some listings may use generic fallback pizza imagery until a verified owner or community photo is approved. Fallback imagery is not evidence of that restaurant's actual food, space, menu, or quality.
